forces
A unique partnership in customer service and support
Understanding and adapting to the ever-changing

implementation of new control systems which utilise todays
state of the art technology, enabling RepairTech to adapt
to customer requirements on a daily basis.
Work is processed by a dedicated team of experienced engineers
who ensure that products are repaired to a high standard with
regular progress reports and customer contact, guaranteeing
timely delivery and a service which often exceeds expectations.
Detailed reports, labelling and tracking systems go together
to provide an in-depth management system. This results in
timely and accurate reports which account for each stage of
the products journey throughout the repair or exchange process.

with a dedicated telephone and fax line, linked directly to
their Customer Services Department, ensures that any query
is answered quickly and efficiently.
