Customer Account Administrator: Repairtech Ltd
Due to recent expansion we are seeking an extra Customer account administrator. The role will involve providing assistance by telephone and e-mail to our Customers. The successful applicant will also be responsible for preparing customer reports and some general management information.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a confident manner being able to deal with difficult customers, willing to solve problems quickly and efficiently. You will need to be a team player with the initiative and enthusiasm to work unaided most of the time.
Customer Service: RepairTech Ltd
The ideal candidate will have a professional telephone manner and excellent Customer Service skills. You will deal with our customers to log service calls and validate their warranty entitlement. Candidates must be able to work independently under the pressure, cope with high telephone call volumes and to be organized with the ability to prioritize.
