RepairTech offers a whole host of service solutions to its
customers. Whilst the list below gives an overview to some
of these services, RepairTech ensures that:
"Every service we offer a customer is tailored to that
customers exact requirements"
This policy is wholly consistent with our Service
Philosophy.
1) Return to Base Service
This service involves customers sending in their unit for
repair directly to RepairTech. RepairTech will repair the
unit, typically within 72 hours, and return the unit to the
customer on a date and time to be agreed with the customer.

Be sure to include details of your products model number,
description, serial number and fault.
2) Warranty
Repairs
RepairTech is an authorised and accredited Repair Agent for
several leading IT manufacturers.

3) Warranty Exchange
Service
The RepairTech Customer Service Centre receives calls on
behalf of Manufacturers and performs the following process:
- validate customers warranty entitlement
- validate fault and confirm the fault is genuine
- arrange for a replacement unit to be sent to the customer
- arrange collection of the faulty unit (may be simultaneous)
- arrange for repair of the faulty unit
- arrange for storage of the faulty unit once it has been
fully repaired & tested
4) Logistics services
RepairTech offers its customers a total logistics solution.
RepairTech has systems integration with its logistics partners which allows real time online tracking for all customers via the internet.
Through our strategic partnerships with couriers, we offer a host of fully insured logistics services, these include:
- On Site Exchange
- Delivery or Collection Only
- Timed / Scheduled deliveries
- Pallet / Bulk deliveries
- On Site Modifications / Upgrades
- Loan Services
- Installation Services (for example, projectors)
Couriers are chosen who can prove they will provide the high level of care required for the nature of the products we service. At all times RepairTech takes full responsibility for items in transit so you can be assured of secure and safe management of your stock in transit.
