Warranty Exchange Service

The RepairTech Customer Service Centre receives calls on behalf of Manufacturers and performs the following process:

• validate customers warranty entitlement
• validate fault and confirm the fault is genuine
• arrange for a replacement unit to be sent to the customer
• arrange collection of the faulty unit (may be simultaneous)
• arrange for repair of the faulty unit
• arrange for storage of the faulty unit once it has been fully repaired & tested
