Lauren Raven, Service Account Manager
Lauren is an integrated and very established member of RepairTech team who joined the company in 2005. Initially in the Customer Services Team Lauren gained invaluable knowledge as to the inner workings of the accounts and the key service drivers for each customer. There is no better insight into the workings of a service company and customer expectations than working in this team. It is the perfect foundation.
Through continuous focus and development of the services RepairTech offers, Lauren moved on to become the Customer Services Manager. Today her diverse experience and attention to detail has led her to the role of Service Account Manager, taking care of RepairTech’s key strategic customers.
In addition to this role Lauren has taken on several key projects where her knowledge of customer processes, our own IT capabilities and options proves invaluable.
