The RepairTech team

Vikki Clarke, Customer Services Manager
Vikki joined RepairTech in 2008 as a Customer Service Agent before progressing to a Customer Account Manager and now onto her current role of Customer Service Manager where she manages our team of call centre agents.
Vikki works closely with all departments within RepairTech to ensure that all customer needs and expectations are met or exceeded. Regular reporting and key target analysis is carried out between Vikki and our customers continuously to ensure smooth progression through the current processes and also prepare for future needs.
Vikki has also recently worked extensively in the spare parts team improving efficiencies, processes and procedures.
